See the page for <a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/en\/cotisation-annuelle\/\">annual subscriptions<\/a>. Or have you tried several times to log in with an incorrect password? If so, wait 24 hours then<a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/en\/mot-de-passe-section-membres\/\"> ask for a new password<\/a> if necessary, or contact <a href=\"mailto:assistance@centcols.net\">assistance@centcols.net<\/a>\u00a0 if it is really urgent. Check also that you really use your own member number!<\/p>\n<h2>In which format should I send my photos of cols?<\/h2>\n<p>See the instructions <a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/en\/photos-de-cols\/\"><u>here<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>I HAVE CLICKED ON THE BUTTON \u2018G\u00c9N\u00c9RER ET T\u00c9L\u00c9CHARGER LE FICHIER DE SORTIE\u2019 IN CCWAY, AND NOTHING HAPPENS.<\/h2>\n<p>If you have not modified the settings of your browser, the file will save automatically in your computer\u2019s downloads folder. Open this folder and you will find one or, if you have clicked the button more than once, several files with a name beginning ccWay_nom membre_date\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>CCWAY DOESN\u2019T GIVE ME ANY COLS IN THE POLYGON I DREW ON THE MAP EVEN THOUGH I AM SURE THERE ARE SOME IN THAT REGION. WHY?<\/h2>\n<p>Two omissions can lead to this. The first is that you have only selected one type of col (eg. road cols), while all the cols in the polygon are of another type (eg. off-road cols). Another thing that can be forgotten sometimes : if you choose one country, then extend your polygon into another, no cols will be shown in the second. For example, if you start by choosing France, then draw a polygon across the border into Switzerland, no cols will be shown there, because there aren\u2019t any French cols in Switzerland! If this seems a bit restrictive, remember that the following menus are country-specific, ie. regions and d\u00e9partements in France, and cantons in Switzerland.<\/p>\n<h2>I CAN\u2019T OPEN THE FILES FROM CCWAY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">The ccWay tool lets you download lists of cols in either KML of GPX formats (or CE3 for France). These files won\u2019t be usable unless you have the software on your computer that can read them. Which program to choose is a personal matter. And how to install it is each ones affair. For more information, see the\u00a0 <\/span><a style=\"font-size: inherit;\" href=\"\/?p=24063\">guide ccWay<\/a><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">I don&#8217;t see my new cols in Google Earth when I bring them from ccWay. Why is this?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">When you open a ccWay file in Google Earth, at the same time that programme opens everything that is registered in &#8216;favorite places&#8217;. So, if you have an old file of cols in your &#8216;favorite places&#8217;, that will always be displayed. This may give the impression that the new file is not up to date, when it is in fact an old file that is still there in Google Earth. This is the first thing to check.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">If this doesn&#8217;t solve the problem, it is advisable to check which cols are in fact registered in your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/membres\/cols\/cols.php\"><span style=\"color: #729fcf;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u>personal list<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">, and , as necessary, to complete this list using <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/membres\/cols\/enregcols.php\"><span style=\"color: #729fcf;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><u>registered cols<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2>I\u2019VE DOWNLOADED A CATALOGUE OF COLS IN EXCEL FORMAT. WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK FROM THIS FILE, NOTHING HAPPENS. WHY?<\/h2>\n<p>This can happen depending on the versions and updates that you have on your computer. There is no reason why the two addresses can\u2019t be different. To change your address for the Discussion List, the easiest way is to terminate your subscription to the Discussion List, then re-subscribe with the new address. This is explained on the <a href=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/backup\/en\/liste-de-diffusion\/\"><u>liste de discussion<\/u><\/a> page.
