Ein Pass wird durch seine Lage auf einer Wasserscheide definiert. <\/strong>(LPE). Diese EPL ist oft eine administrative Grenze und wenn sie eine Grenze zwischen zwei Staaten ist, hat der Pass einen \u00abhochwertigen\u00bb Status von Grenzpass<\/strong> ... und er wird im Katalog jedes der beiden L\u00e4nder erscheinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser Status ist m\u00f6glicherweise nicht von Dauer, im Laufe der Geschichte haben Vertr\u00e4ge die Grenzen verschoben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frankreich und Italien :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit dem Vertrag von Turin (1860) und dem Anschluss des Herzogtums Savoyen und der Grafschaft Nizza an Frankreich h\u00f6rten mehrere P\u00e4sse in unseren Alpen auf, Grenzp\u00e4sse zu sein (z. B. Galibier und Bonette), und andere wurden es (Mont-Cenis und Vescavo - aber sie blieben es nur bis 1946 mit dem Vertrag von Paris).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6sterreich und Italien :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit dem Vertrag von Saint-Germain im Jahr 1919 wurde das Trentino<\/strong>  (WelschTirol) und das S\u00fcdtirol<\/strong> (S\u00fcdTirol), genannt S\u00fcdtirol<\/strong> wurden von \u00d6sterreich an Italien abgetreten. (Provinzen Trento und Bozen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Das Stilfser Joch h\u00f6rt auf, eine Grenze zu sein, und der Brenner wird eine Grenze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit dem Vertrag von Saint Germain en Laye (1919) wurde die Grenze nach Osten verschoben und mehrere P\u00e4sse h\u00f6rten auf, Grenzp\u00e4sse zu sein (z. B. Passo di Solarie), und wurden 1947 mit dem Vertrag von Paris wieder zu Grenzp\u00e4ssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andere wie Preval Vr\u0161i\u010d (oder Passo di Moistrocca) waren nur von 1919 bis 1947 Grenzg\u00e4nger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
