{"id":84260,"date":"2025-01-03T21:12:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T19:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/?p=84260"},"modified":"2025-07-29T11:35:07","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T09:35:07","slug":"nicht-erkannte-passe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/de\/cols-non-reconnus\/","title":{"rendered":"nicht anerkannte P\u00e4sse"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wenn man einen Katalog der P\u00e4sse des Club des Cent Cols \u00f6ffnet, findet man in der Regel drei verschiedene Registerkarten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>erster Tab<\/strong> ist der Copyright-Hinweis, der Hinweis auf das Urheberrecht. Er enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem einen Link zu einer <strong>Pr\u00e4sentation <\/strong>online \u00fcber das Land und seine geografischen Besonderheiten, insbesondere (aber nicht nur) in Bezug auf die P\u00e4sse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die <strong>zweiter Tab<\/strong> concerne la liste des cols reconnus car ils r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 trois types de crit\u00e8res&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Der topografische Aspekt ist erwiesen,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Der Titel \u201cPass\u201d, das ist das Toponym, oder jedes Synonym oder jede \u00dcbersetzung, best\u00e4tigt, dass der Ort als Pass angesehen wurde,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Quelle der \u00dcberschrift entspricht anerkannten Kriterien f\u00fcr die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Die<strong> dritter Tab <\/strong>sammelt die \u201cnicht zur\u00fcckgehaltenen P\u00e4sse\u201d. Dabei handelt es sich um zwei verschiedene Arten von P\u00e4ssen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die P\u00e4sse <strong>gel\u00f6scht<\/strong>&nbsp;: Sie waren bereits f\u00fcr mindestens eine Ausgabe im Katalog enthalten, wurden aber sp\u00e4ter aus verschiedenen Gr\u00fcnden entfernt. Sie sind in der Spalte Status der PDF-Dateien mit dem Buchstaben S gekennzeichnet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die P\u00e4sse <strong>abgelehnt<\/strong> (parfois appel\u00e9s non-retenus)&nbsp;: ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s par des membres ou trouv\u00e9s par un groupe de travail, mais apr\u00e8s \u00e9tude n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus pour diverses raisons. Ils sont identifi\u00e9s par la lettre R dans la colonne Statut des fichiers PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les raisons possibles de refus, sans exhaustivit\u00e9, on peut citer par exemple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trotz eines anerkannten Toponyms f\u00fcr einen Pass kann die topografische Untersuchung das typische Aussehen eines Passes nicht wiederfinden. In diese Kategorie fallen z. B. h\u00e4ufig verwirrende Ortsnamen wie \u201cPas\u201d, \u201cGoulet\u201d, \u201cSeuil\u201d etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im Gegenteil, trotz des unbestreitbaren topografischen Charakters eines Passes gibt es einen fehlenden oder nicht anerkannten Titel.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ex&nbsp;: Croix de&nbsp;??, Alto de&nbsp;??<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schlie\u00dflich fehlt trotz eines akzeptablen topografischen Charakters und einer akzeptablen \u00dcberschrift die Quelle selbst.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ex&nbsp;: cartographie peu scrupuleuse, panneautage de circonstance, cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 but commercial ou promotionnel connue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Im letzteren Fall kann es mit der Zeit vorkommen, dass ein urspr\u00fcnglich nicht anerkannter Pass in einer anerkannten Quelle auftaucht. Zum Beispiel in Frankreich bei einer Aktualisierung der IGN-Karten im Ma\u00dfstab 1:25000. Dann kann der Pass in die Liste der anerkannten P\u00e4sse aufgenommen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La gestion de ce catalogue mondial de cols, reconnus ou non reconnus, est int\u00e9gralement faite par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles du club des Cent Cols. Depuis presque 50 ans, un \u00e0 un, sur plus d\u2019un million de documents, cartes papier ou en ligne, ils ont examin\u00e9 les plus de 100.000 cols cit\u00e9s dans les 2 cat\u00e9gories, et ont rempli les quelques 35 colonnes typiques d\u2019un catalogue de cols.
