Sie ist f\u00fcr diejenigen optimiert, die das Brevet de l'H\u00e9rault machen m\u00f6chten, da sie \u00fcber abgelegene P\u00e4sse am Rande des S\u00fcdwestens des Departements f\u00fchrt. Zun\u00e4chst geht es entlang der Aude, dem Kanal von Sall\u00e8les-d'Aude, der Cesse und ihren Hausbooten, dann durch das bergige Hinterland des Mittelmeers. Danach geht es zwischen Capestang und Poilhes am Canal du Midi entlang. Zahlreiche Dorfkirchen s\u00e4umen den Weg, ebenso wie die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capestang.fr\/tourisme-loisirs\/la-collegiale-saint-etienne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stiftskirche Saint-\u00c9tienne<\/a> von Capestang. Am Ende der Strecke machen Sie einen Abstecher von 2 km hin und zur\u00fcck zum H\u00fcgel, auf dem sich das\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.enserune.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Oppidum von Ens\u00e9rune<\/a> und der Aussichtspunkt \u00fcber den ausgetrockneten Teich von Montady.<br>Variante: In Mirepeisset einen Umweg von 4 km A\/R bis zum <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canal-du-midi.com\/decouvrir\/fil-eau\/carcassonne-a-beziers\/le-somail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Somail<\/a>, Ein kleines Dorf, durch das der Canal du Midi f\u00fchrt, mit vielen K\u00e4hnen am Kai und einer riesigen Buchhandlung, die man unbedingt gesehen haben muss (Le Trouve Tout du Livre).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technische Beschreibung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Strecke, die mit 100% geradelt wird, ist 45 km lang relativ flach.
