General description
The route starts on the banks of the Meurthe, passing by the site of the former Pompey steelworks (origin of the steel used for the Eiffel Tower) at the confluence of the Meurthe and the Moselle. It then follows the banks of the Moselle and climbs to the plateau, joining the Moselle a second time. This circuit passes through the passes listed in the accounts of the first days of the 1914 / 1918 war (the battle of the Grand Couronne).

Technical description
A peaceful and secure route starting on the Voie Bleue along the Moselle river and returning by small quiet roads. The ascent to the pass of Sivry is rather steep.
