Description
After an initial version (2005) containing about 500 passes developed by Bernard Pommel and Graham Cutting, the catalogue of the passes of the British Isles went through several editions before being significantly increased in 2017 by Graham Cutting, making full use of all the Ordnance Survey maps at 1:25000 as well as some historical editions of the 19th century. Gerald Cowham was also involved, as auditor. The current edition has more than 1200 passes, of which a good hundred are in Ireland. All these cols conform to the Clubrules; and the catalogue serves as a reference work for the annual lists of Club members. All passes are marked on the Ordnance Survey maps.
The download catalogues page allows club members to download this and other catalogues free of charge.
