Projects and dates of future stays

The aim of this section is to keep the members informed of the projects of future stays, whatever their advancement, and their dates when they are decided. The STAY COMMITTEE in charge of this section will MAKE the necessary udates.

Any ideas and suggestions  for future projects will always be welcome by the members of the board of administration and the Tourism and Stay Committee.

A stay means:

• an accommodation in a double bedroom offering full BOARD
• an area with climbs and passes
• and a team willing to test, ahead of the project, the mountain bike trails, to plot the road-bike routes as well as to elaborate the various documents (GPX tracks, roadbook)

2025 Autumn Stay

The solution in Aarau, Switzerland, in the Aargau region at the foot of the Jura mountains, was not chosen. Given the success of the Autun stay, we would very quickly have been faced with capacity problems at the Swiss establishment (80 places maximum with rooms of 3). We chose the Escandille holiday village in Autrans, Isère. It will take place from 10 to 12 October.

2026 Spring Stay

It will take place in Gilette from 16 to 23 May at the Domaine de l’Olivaie village. The mountain bike routes have been studied and recognised by Jean-Michel Clausse and Robert Charbonnier, and the road routes by Etienne Mayeur. The contract will be booked in the next few days for 110 people.

2026 Summer Stay

It will take place in the Arriège department. No date or venue has yet been set.
