Unofficial meeting BIG – CCC – UIC

“We don’t have the same jerseys but we have the same passion” – this phrase from François Candau (our most active administrator of the Club Facebook page) sums up this marvellous day of mountain cycling.  A group of about fifteen cyclists from the CCC, the BIG and the UIC pedalled together to conquer the Col du Grand Saint Bernard, starting out from Aoste.  It was also the occasion to pay tribute to the “Alpino” Giorgio Rossini, recently deceased, who had been an eminent member of all three associations.  This fine day of cycling had been organised at the last minute, but was nevertheless a great success.
