{"id":79457,"date":"2016-02-05T10:05:39","date_gmt":"2016-02-05T08:05:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/exportation-des-cols-gravis-vers-un-compte-openrunner\/"},"modified":"2026-02-15T11:59:11","modified_gmt":"2026-02-15T09:59:11","slug":"openrunner-collar-exports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/en\/exportation-cols-openrunner\/","title":{"rendered":"Exporting climbed passes to an OpenRunner account"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tutorial prepared by G\u00e9rard Birelli (CC 5553)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the OpenRunner website, pass collectors can list the passes they have \"climbed\" and those they have \"to do\" as they map out their route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A number of OpenRunner users from the Club des Cent Cols have expressed the need to import a batch of passes, or even all the passes they have climbed, into their personal space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following procedure shows how to import a list of collars in batch mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I create a batch of passes that have already been climbed but are not listed in OpenRunner?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three possibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Or manually :<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In OpenRunner, all you have to do is tick the corresponding box in the pass pop-up along the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the passes are therefore listed in your personal space. Once a pass has been climbed during a holiday, it is ticked off in the \"Passes to be climbed\" section, along with the date on which it was climbed, and then appears in the \"Passes climbed\" column, along with the date on which it was climbed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Or from a spreadsheet file such as Excel\u00a9 or OpenOffice\u00a9 or other with the following format:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A column with a \"Code\" header<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A series of Hundred Passes codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The file is saved in <strong>CSV<\/strong> (<em><strong>Comma Separated Values<\/strong><\/em>which translates into <em><strong>Values separated by commas<\/strong><\/em><em>)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Or from the file of passes achieved extracted from your membership form on the Club des Cent Cols website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There are currently two ways of accessing this file, pending a dedicated menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you log on to the Club des Cent Cols website after validating your member access, you will be taken to your Member File:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the member file, in the menu <strong>Tools for members<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"953\" height=\"201\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89662\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image1.png 953w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image1-768x162.png 768w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image1-18x4.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on Save <strong>your collars<\/strong>. Deleted collars are therefore not included. This is necessary because the collar database in OpenRunner is consistent with the latest version of the Club des cent Cols collar database.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To extract the file of all or some of the collars recorded with a specified sort, click on the Excel button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The downloaded file is in CSV format. It contains the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"953\" height=\"146\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-31.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89665\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-31.png 953w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-31-768x118.png 768w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-31-18x3.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 953px) 100vw, 953px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There's no need to process the file to get it in this form, you can import it directly into OpenRunner as it was downloaded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal space in Openrunner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you open an OpenRunner session<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Open OpenRunner ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Go to \"My space\" ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 Go to the \"Club des Cent Cols\" tab,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 There is one new feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the One hundred passes page you will find<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"949\" height=\"105\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-41.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89666\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-41.png 949w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-41-768x85.png 768w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/image-41-18x2.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 949px) 100vw, 949px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a counter of passes crossed (total and over 2000m) and on the right a button to export the passes crossed.
