Spain is the country with the most mountain passes in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The <strong>12 Radials<\/strong> are based on <strong>departure <\/strong>a different location in the Autonomous Community of <strong>Madrid<\/strong>on the outskirts of the city.
