The Chairman, Enrico ALBERINI, opens the AGM at 2pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He thanked the following for attending
Martine CANO, President of the FFCT,
Catherine BORGEAIS-ROUET, President of COREG Aura (Auvergne-Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes) and CODEP74,
Antoine ARMAND, Member of Parliament for the Annecy constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After his annual report (see ICC October 2022), he handed over to Herv\u00e9 RETI\u00c8RE, the club secretary, for the club's activity report. This report will serve as the basis for a more comprehensive presentation that can be used, in particular, outside the club. It can be found here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e9bastien VADOT, the treasurer, then presented the financial report, followed by the provisional accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alain LAXENAIRE and Michel MATHIEU, auditors, presented their report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chairman then took the floor to announce the results of the votes, highlighting the significant increase in the number of voters for 2022: 899. This compares with 466 in 2021, an increase of 93 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the statutory part of the meeting over, the Chairman handed over to Graham Cutting, who announced the completion of a titanic project: the compilation of catalogues of mountain passes around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Didier R\u00c9MOND then presented the future 2023 summer holiday in Praz-sur-Arly (presentation to come on the club website).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chairman then introduced Christophe MARCHAL, the club's 8,000th member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He then presented TDs Pierre MAI, Didier R\u00c9MOND, G\u00e9rard FILLION-ROBIN and Alain GILLODES with a diploma for services rendered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
