1 - Creating your collar file<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Using a spreadsheet (Excel or equivalent), enter the code, name and altitude of each pass in 3 columns.

You can add a 4th<\/sup> column with the dates of the passes (or the year). This option is not necessary for the pass registration system, but can be useful for managing your own passes.
Please note that the tool is sensitive to the date format. The dd\/mm\/yyyy format works very well, but for other formats, please refer to the detailed instructions on the<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or use a word processor (Word or equivalent) to enter the same elements in a line, each separated by a \";\" (semicolon).

2 - Logging on to the site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Connect to the members section<\/a> with your member number and password :<\/p>\n\n\n

3 - Tools for members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the next screen, under tools for members<\/em>choose register your collars<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n

4 - Official statement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Then choose Official statement<\/em> in the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n

5 - Go back to your list of collars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Return to your list of collars (\u00a7 1). Select all the rows and columns (without the titles). This is done with the mouse. Select the data zone or use a keyboard shortcut. Go to Windows<\/em>click on Ctrl<\/em>hold down the key while clicking on A<\/em> (abbreviated to Ctrl-A<\/em>). The same applies to the Mac, where the Ctrl<\/em> is replaced by the Cmd<\/em> (to the left of the space bar). Copy<\/strong> the resulting selection. With the mouse: right-click and Copy<\/em>. Or at the keyboard Ctrl-C<\/em> (or Cmd-C<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 - On the declaration page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the official statement<\/a>Place your cursor in the input box, then paste your collars: Ctrl-V<\/em> (or Cmd-V<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n

7 - At the bottom of the page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the bottom of the page, select partial or final declaration, then send.<\/p>\n\n\n

The partial declaration records your collars, the final declaration records your collars and notifies your TD who can then validate them.
At the end of the year, if your collars were registered during the year as partial declarations, you can submit them to your DT by making a final declaration with zero collars. A final declaration switches all collars declared as partial to a final declaration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8 - After dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After sending, the system will give you a summary.<\/p>\n\n\n

Categories 1 and 2 will be submitted to the DT when the final declaration is made; that's it, you can save the list (at the bottom of the page).
Other categories will indicate that there is a problem:
3: the code is found but the data is incomplete or inconsistent
4: the code is not found in the database
5: the code corresponds to a refused or deleted pass (but it may have been deleted during the year, so it may be acceptable, the TD will decide)
6: the collar has already been declared, or is duplicated in this list<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have these categories, you need to go back (correct the list<\/em> at the bottom of the page) and find the possible errors: a name error (that of another pass), a code error, a space error, a totally inconsistent altitude, a full stop instead of a dash in the code, or a missing letter at the end of the code. Tip: to make analysis easier, you can sort the errors by code number by clicking on the category column heading.
Send the declaration again. If there are still errors and you cannot find them, before saving, contact your TD so that he can help you understand the origin of the errors. Please note: Only codes 1, 2 and 5 will be sent to the TD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 - After confirmation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After sending, you will be presented with a link to review what has been recorded.
Finally, once your DT has processed your list, you will receive an e-mail notification with a link to check whether your passes have been validated.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
