You can park your car there in the shade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tourist information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Ard\u00e8che is a land of cycling. This tour takes in part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parc-monts-ardeche.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monts d'Ard\u00e8che<\/a> between 400 m and 1000 m altitude. The countryside is lush and green, and the villages are small and well-maintained. We pass near the castle of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bassin-aubenas.fr\/intercommunalite\/territoire\/28-communes\/saint-michel-de-boulogne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Saint-Michel-de-Boulogne<\/a>. Once you\u2019ve passed the halfway point, at the Col de Vals, you can add another 6 km and stop off to quench your thirst with the famous mineral water from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vals-les-bains.fr\/lieux-incontournables\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vals-les-Bains<\/a> (spa town).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical specifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The route is almost entirely on roads (100 %); there is a 100-metre stretch of track to reach Le Coulet. There is very little traffic, except between the Auriolles and Ar\u00e9nier passes, but this departmental road linking Aubenas to Privas is very wide.<br>There are few places to get water, so don\u2019t miss the tap on the right-hand side near the church of Saint-Joseph-des-Bancs (otherwise, try the cemeteries).
