Altezza: 700 m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informazioni turistiche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La Sierra Nevada (in spagnolo: catena montuosa innevata) \u00e8 una catena montuosa che si estende da est a ovest. Si \u00e8 formata contemporaneamente alle Alpi, quando le placche africana ed eurasiatica si sono scontrate.  Il Pico del Veleta ( 3396 m ) \u00e8 la terza vetta pi\u00f9 alta della Spagna e si trova all'estremit\u00e0 occidentale della catena, sopra la citt\u00e0 di Granada. La \"strada pi\u00f9 alta d'Europa\" (il titolo \u00e8 contestato!) si arrampica quasi fino alla vetta.
