Dit betekent dat de gebruiker deze pas in het verleden heeft geregistreerd als gekruist en deze nu opnieuw declareert (dubbele declaratie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2 - Herinnering<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sinds de introductie van online declaraties hebben we twee hulpmiddelen om halsbanden in onze persoonlijke ruimte te registreren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Het gereedschap <em><a href=\"\/nl\/leden\/cols\/records.php\/\" title=\"\">Registratie van andere passen<\/a><\/em><\/strong><br>Deze tool is ontworpen om passen te registreren die al gedeclareerd en gevalideerd zijn door de TDs voor het gebruik van de online tools. De status van de betreffende passes is \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Code<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bbin de lijst van <a href=\"\/membres\/cols\/cols.php\" title=\"\">beklommen passen<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Het gereedschap <em><a href=\"\/nl\/leden\/cols\/declcols.php\/\" title=\"\">Offici\u00eble verklaring<\/a><\/em><\/strong><br>Deze tool wordt gebruikt om nieuwe passen te registreren, inclusief diegenen die vergeten zijn (d.w.z. nooit gedeclareerd), en ze naar de TD's te sturen voor validatie. Er zijn twee soorten online declaraties, gedeeltelijk of definitief. De status van de betreffende passen in de lijst van <a href=\"\/membres\/cols\/cols.php\" title=\"\">beklommen passen<\/a> is dan \u00ab&nbsp;<em>In de wacht<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bbvoor een gedeeltelijke verklaring en\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Aangegeven<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bbvoor een definitieve verklaring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In de <a href=\"\/membres\/cols\/cols.php\" title=\"\">beklommen passen<\/a>, De toestand van de pas verandert afhankelijk van de acties van de gebruiker en\/of de DT, maar er kan maar \u00e9\u00e9n toestand tegelijk zijn. Er zijn vijf mogelijke toestanden: <em>Code<\/em>&nbsp;; <em>In de wacht<\/em>&nbsp;; <em>Aangegeven<\/em>&nbsp;; <em>Geaccepteerd<\/em>&nbsp;; <em>Geweigerd<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 - Aanbevelingen voor gebruikers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubbele declaraties kunnen leiden tot correcties (zie paragraaf 4) en\/of fouten die eenvoudig kunnen worden voorkomen door bij het maken van de declaratie te letten op de berichten in het hulpmiddel. <a href=\"\/nl\/leden\/cols\/declcols.php\/\" title=\"\">offici\u00eble verklaring<\/a> uit een lijst. Als we een reeds geregistreerde pas officieel als \u00ab&nbsp;<em>code<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bbJe ontvangt twee waarschuwingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bezoek <strong>eerste fase<\/strong> die overeenkomt met de indiening van de aangifte, verschijnt de halsband in de lijst met halsbanden met het woord \u00ab in het rood \".\u00ab&nbsp;<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">code<\/mark>&nbsp;\u00bbin de kolom&nbsp;<em>huidige status<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/dbldcl1-fr1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-89657\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/dbldcl1-fr1.png 800w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/dbldcl1-fr1-768x192.png 768w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/dbldcl1-fr1-18x5.png 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>In dit stadium hebt u de mogelijkheid om de lijst te corrigeren als de aangifte van deze halsband onjuist is.<br><strong>Tip<\/strong> Als je een lange lijst met halsbanden hebt, klik je op de kop <em>huidige status<\/em>, De halsbanden worden gesorteerd op conditie. Voor de goede orde, de passen <em>indicatief<\/em> zijn niet onderhevig aan DT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 - Diversen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wie maakt de correcties?<\/strong><br>Gebruikers hebben alle informatie die ze nodig hebben om hun fout te corrigeren en als ze op problemen stuiten, kunnen ze hun TD om hulp vragen. De TD heeft ook alle informatie die hij nodig heeft om de fout te corrigeren, wat erg handig is als hij online aangifte doet namens het lid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informatie :<\/strong><br>De registratie van deze pas met de offici\u00eble verklaring heeft de oude gegevens van de pas overschreven (status, datum van passage, jaar van verklaring). Je moet deze gegevens dus terugvinden in je persoonlijke archieven als je het pasje opnieuw wilt registreren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informatie voor TD's :<\/strong><br>In het geval van een dubbele aangifte wordt TD's geadviseerd de halsband niet te weigeren, omdat deze dan wordt opgenomen in de lijst van halsbanden met een \u00ab&nbsp;<em>geweigerd<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.
