{"id":85117,"date":"2025-07-24T20:01:04","date_gmt":"2025-07-24T18:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/?p=85117"},"modified":"2025-08-26T14:31:52","modified_gmt":"2025-08-26T12:31:52","slug":"blauwe-lijn-uitdaging","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/nl\/challenge-de-la-ligne-bleue\/","title":{"rendered":"Blue Line-uitdaging"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bernard Pommel (CC N\u00b03094) stelt deze uitdaging voor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze uitdaging bestaat uit het oversteken van alle 41 passen (verhard en onverhard) van de Frans-Duitse grens zoals die werd getrokken tussen 1871 en 1918, na de tragische oorlog van 1870.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geschiedenis van de Frans-Duitse grens (1871-1918)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De Frans-Duitse Oorlog van 1870-1871 vond zijn oorsprong in nationale en dynastieke rivaliteit tussen het Frankrijk van Napoleon III en Pruisen onder leiding van Otto von Bismarck. Bismarck wilde de Duitse staten verenigen onder Pruisisch leiderschap en zo de Duitse macht in Europa consolideren. De gelegenheid deed zich voor met de kandidatuur van een Pruisische prins voor de Spaanse troon, die door Frankrijk als een bedreiging voor zijn invloed werd gezien. Het Ems-bericht, dat door Bismarck handig was aangepast om offensief te lijken, verhoogde de spanningen en zette Napoleon III ertoe aan om in juli 1870 de oorlog te verklaren.<br>Slecht voorbereid en onder slecht bevel leed het Franse leger zware nederlagen, met name bij Sedan in september 1870, waar Napoleon III gevangen werd genomen. De Pruisen belegerden Parijs, dat na maanden van ontberingen in januari 1871 capituleerde. Het conflict eindigde met de proclamatie van het Duitse Rijk in de Spiegelzaal van Versailles, een symbolische daad die Frankrijk vernederde. Het Verdrag van Frankfurt dat op 10 mei 1871 werd ondertekend, legde Frankrijk zware financi\u00eble herstelbetalingen op en het verlies van Elzas-Lotharingen, wat de blijvende vijandigheid tussen de twee naties verergerde. Deze oorlog markeerde een geopolitiek keerpunt in Europa en legde de basis voor de spanningen die zouden leiden tot de Eerste Wereldoorlog (notie van \u00abrevanchisme\u00bb, \u00aber altijd aan denken, er nooit over praten\u00bb).<br>Aan Franse zijde was Aim\u00e9 Laussedat, een polytechnisch ingenieur, grotendeels verantwoordelijk voor het precieze ontwerp van deze nieuwe grens. Dit proces, dat soms conflicterend was, vereiste onderhandelingen om de lijn aan te passen aan de geografische realiteit en lokale belangen.<br>La nouvelle fronti\u00e8re impos\u00e9e par le trait\u00e9 de Francfort, longue d\u2019environ 500&nbsp;km, d\u00e9marquait brutalement la France de l\u2019Allemagne. S\u2019\u00e9tendant des Vosges au nord jusqu\u2019au Rhin, elle traversait des paysages vari\u00e9s&nbsp;: plaines, for\u00eats et montagnes. Cette ligne, marqu\u00e9e par 4056 bornes num\u00e9rot\u00e9es (dont une partie existe encore) et des rep\u00e8res g\u00e9ographiques (poteaux), isolait les territoires annex\u00e9s, incluant Strasbourg, Metz et Mulhouse, dans l\u2019Empire allemand. La fronti\u00e8re suivait parfois des \u00e9l\u00e9ments naturels, comme des cours d\u2019eau, pour faciliter son identification. \u00c0 partir du Donon et jusqu\u2019au ballon d\u2019Alsace, elle suivait la ligne de cr\u00eate des Vosges (la \u00ab&nbsp;ligne bleue&nbsp;des Vosges&nbsp;\u00bb, Jules Ferry&nbsp;; cette expression \u00ab&nbsp;ligne bleue&nbsp;des Vosges&nbsp;\u00bb prit ensuite le sens de \u00ab&nbsp;la fronti\u00e8re franco-allemande&nbsp;\u00bb).<br>Het sneed echter ook dorpen en gemeenschappen af en verbrak bestaande culturele en economische banden. Deze afbakening, die door Frankrijk als een open wond werd ervaren, symboliseerde niet alleen een verlies van grondgebied maar ook van identiteit.<br>Deze grens verdween \u00abde facto in 1918 met de komst van de Franse troepen en de jure met het Verdrag van Versailles in 1919. Maar in werkelijkheid verdween de grens als zodanig al in 1914, tijdens de gevechten van de Eerste Wereldoorlog\u00bb. Als er later passen worden toegevoegd in de betreffende zone door de verschillende toevoegingen, worden deze niet meegenomen in de Challenge.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De \u00abLigne Bleue\u00bb gouden uitdaging wordt toegekend na het voltooien van alle 41 passen op de lijst die in december 2024 wordt opgesteld.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De Silver Challenge wordt toegekend na het voltooien van 75% van de lijst met passen (d.w.z. 31 passen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De bronzen uitdaging wordt toegekend na het voltooien van 50% van de lijst met passen (d.w.z. 21 passen).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Er is geen deadline, dus als je van de bergen en geschiedenis houdt, trakteer jezelf dan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un brevet, or, argent ou bronze est remis lorsque le nombre de cols requis a \u00e9t\u00e9 gravi. Maar 40 van deze passen liggen op de \u00abblauwe lijn van de Vogezen*\u00bb, de naam die voor deze Challenge is gekozen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><br>*Van noord naar zuid vanaf FR-54-0250 Col du Rudemont tot FR-68-0758 Col du Montori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>17 passen zijn verhard, 24 niet. Voor deze laatste zijn er 11 classificaties 1 (over het algemeen fietsbaar met een racefiets), 8 classificaties 2 (niet fietsbaar met een racefiets, maar waar de fiets gemakkelijk te duwen is) en 5 classificaties 3 (smal, rotsachtig of zeer steil pad, moeilijk te duwen).<br><em>Contrairement \u00e0 ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e dans la Revue n\u00b053, les cols de Charaille et du Calvaire n\u2019\u00e9taient pas sur la fronti\u00e8re mais \u00e0 proximit\u00e9&nbsp;; l\u2019auteur Bernard Biki Pommel pr\u00e9sente ses excuses pour ces erreurs.
