Verspreid over het gebied liggen talloze grotten met sporen van prehistorische bewoning, sommige versierd met pari\u00ebtale gravures (niet toegankelijk voor publiek). In het dorp Belvis (niet opgenomen in deze route) bevinden zich hedendaagse fresco's die enkele van de tekeningen weergeven.<br>Elk laatste weekend van oktober organiseert het dorp Espezel een veemarkt die zo'n 30.000 bezoekers trekt.
