Deze pas wordt op de kaart genoemd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat zegt het IGN?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"397\" height=\"209\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-de-redondet_ign.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-de-redondet_ign.jpg 397w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-de-redondet_ign-18x9.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Col de Redondet is een pas <strong><em>muilezelbestuurder<\/em><\/strong> ligt op een hoogte van 1640 m, hemelsbreed 700 m van de Michelinpas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Kunnen we stellen dat het om dezelfde pas gaat, maar met twee verschillende hoogtes, zoals bij een bergpas op een bergkam met daaronder een tunnel? Ik denk van niet, want de eerste pas (voor het wegverkeer) ligt op een oost-west geori\u00ebnteerde bergkam en verbindt een vallei in het noorden (Cirque du Falgoux) met een vallei in het zuiden, terwijl de tweede pas van Redondet (muilezelpad) op een eerder noord-zuid gerichte bergkam ligt en een vallei in het westen met een andere in het oosten verbindt. \u00abGeografisch gezien\u00bb bestaat er wel degelijk <strong>TWEE<\/strong> verschillende passen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Maar wie heeft er gelijk: Michelin of het IGN?<br>Ik zou geneigd zijn om de IGN te zeggen... maar als je kijkt naar de vele websites die de Col de Redondet noemen, verwijzen ze ALLEMAAL naar de wegpas. Dit is gebruikelijk geworden en het zou verkeerd worden begrepen als de wegversie van deze pas zou worden verwijderd in de naam van de IGN-kaart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conclusie<\/strong>&nbsp;Redondet: er zijn nog steeds twee Redondet passen in de Chauvot en leden van de Confr\u00e9rie kunnen twee passen met deze naam opgeven in hun lijsten, omdat er in feite twee verschillende passen zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) De Col des Champs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat zegt Michelin?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"336\" height=\"227\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_michelin.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92901\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_michelin.jpg 336w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_michelin-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 336px) 100vw, 336px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Col des Champs wordt perfect gesymboliseerd BUITEN de weg, op een pad verder naar het noorden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wat zegt het IGN?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"411\" height=\"430\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_ign.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-92902\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_ign.jpg 411w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col-des-champs_ign-11x12.jpg 11w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 411px) 100vw, 411px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De Col des Champs staat duidelijk aangegeven op 2045m, op een pad onder de weg. Er zijn geen passen aangegeven op deze weg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Waarom bestaat er dan een \u00abCol des Champs\u00bb voor het wegverkeer (FR-04-2093)? We bevinden ons niet in dezelfde situatie als de Redondet passen.<br>Het is daarom de <em><strong>dezelfde passage<\/strong><\/em>.<br>We hebben dus drie referenties:<br>- bord (op de weg)<br>- Michelin-kaart (Col des Champs Muletier ten noorden van de weg)<br>- IGN-kaart (Col des Champs Muletier ten noorden van de weg)<br>Ik ben geneigd te zeggen dat het bord in de minderheid is en dat het onjuist op de weg is geplaatst...<br>Maar ook hier schrijft de traditie voor dat de Col des Champs over de weg moet, en niemand zou het begrijpen als alleen het muilezelpad in de Chauvot overbleef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Moet men twee Cols des Champs op de jaarlijkse lijst zetten? Ik denk van niet, want het gaat om hetzelfde stuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iedereen een gelukkige pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ren\u00e9 Poty<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noot van de redactie: dit artikel dateert uit het begin van de jaren 2000. In 2026 heeft de Werkgroep Cols van Frankrijk een besluit genomen over de kwestie van de Col des Champs. Er hoeft slechts \u00e9\u00e9n col op de lijst te worden vermeld, naar keuze de ene of de andere.
