{"id":93231,"date":"2026-01-31T18:01:05","date_gmt":"2026-01-31T16:01:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/?p=93231"},"modified":"2026-02-03T20:11:55","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T18:11:55","slug":"col-du-vallon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/centcols.org\/nl\/col-du-vallon\/","title":{"rendered":"Col du Vallon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Col du Vallon of Col des Tufs (2525m, <a href=\"\/nl\/nuttig\/geo\/visu-php\/?code=FR-73-2530\" type=\"link\" id=\"\/util\/geo\/visu.php?code=FR-73-2530\">FR-73-2530<\/a>, IGN Topo 53 3434-O 048-035) is een prachtig muilezelpad dat ten zuidwesten van de Col de la Croix de Fer (<a href=\"\/nl\/nuttig\/geo\/visu-php\/?code=FR-73-2064a\" type=\"link\" id=\"\/util\/geo\/visu.php?code=FR-73-2064a\">FR-73-2064a<\/a>) in de richting van de Pic de l'\u00c9tendard. Het biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het massief van Sept-Laux in het westen en, voorbij de pas, de prachtige Aiguilles d'Arves in het oosten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"332\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_1.jpg 332w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_1-7x12.jpg 7w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Col du Vallon piste gezien vanaf de Col de Bellard, naar het noorden<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Vanaf de Col du Vallon kun je tijdens een rondwandeling van slechts 5 km twee bergpassen van meer dan 2000 meter hoogte overwinnen, terwijl je langs de oevers van twee meren loopt die worden gevoed door het smeltwater van de gletsjer van Saint-Sorlin.<br>Verlaat Saint-Sorlin d'Arves en beklim de weg naar de Col de la Croix de Fer op 2064m. Sla op de top linksaf een breed pad in dat bijna vlak langs de zijkant van de berg loopt (R1). <br><br>Op hoogte 2069 begint de klim pas echt: 3 km met een gemiddeld stijgingspercentage van 15,41%. Het pad is in goede staat, breed en goed begaanbaar, maar de helling is erg steil en dwingt je vaak om te lopen. Op de top ontdek je, pal op het zuiden, de Pic de l\u2019\u00c9tendard (3464 m), omzoomd door glinsterende gletsjers. Daal ongeveer 300 m af (R1) en neem links een smal pad (S2) dat naar de Col Nord des Lacs (2533 m) leidt. <a href=\"\/nl\/nuttig\/geo\/visu-php\/?code=FR-73-2533a\" type=\"link\" id=\"\/util\/geo\/visu.php?code=FR-73-2533a\">FR-73-2533a<\/a>) in de buurt. Het uitzicht in het oosten is magnifiek, terwijl beneden in het westen het diepblauwe Grand Lac ligt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"595\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93243\" srcset=\"https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_2.jpg 595w, https:\/\/centcols.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/col_du_vallon_2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 595px) 100vw, 595px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Ontmoeting op de top! Op de achtergrond: de gletsjer van Saint-Sorlin onder de Pic de l\u2019\u00c9tendard. Achter de muilezel is het beginpunt te zien van pad S2, dat naar de Col Sud des Lacs leidt. Lager in het landschap liggen het Grand Lac en het pad dat in westelijke richting langs het meer loopt.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daal het pad (S2) af dat langs de zijkant van de berg boven het oostelijke meer loopt. Sla aan het einde van het pad linksaf om gemakkelijk de Col Sud des Lacs (2476m) te bereiken. <a href=\"\/nl\/nuttig\/geo\/visu-php\/?code=FR-73-2476b\" type=\"link\" id=\"\/util\/geo\/visu.php?code=FR-73-2476b\">FR-73-2476b<\/a>). Een korte klim (R1) brengt je terug naar de Col du Vallon. De terugkeer naar de Col de la Croix de Fer is gemakkelijk op de fiets (R1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vier passen boven de 2000 meter in 17 km, met een prachtig landschap.
