A route along quiet roads, mainly across the Chambaran plateau. It passes through a few villages.
Technical specifications
The route is entirely on roads. The Col de Châtain can be tackled as a return trip from La Forteresse. It is possible to bypass it, saving 150 metres of elevation gain and 6 km. The Col de Pierre Brune can be reached via a short return trip from Linage.
