Alpes du Nord regional meeting at Col de la Croisette on 24 June 2017

Saturday 24 June 2017, Northern Alps
Col de la Croisette, 1176 m (Haute-Savoie)

From 11am onwards, you'll be welcomed on this promontory at an altitude of almost 1,200 metres.
This will give you plenty of time to admire the scenery: to the north, the Jura, Switzerland and Lake Geneva, and to the south, the Bornes massif with the Mont Blanc range in the background.

There will be a mass start from the Lac des Dronières in Cruseilles. Meeting point from 8.15 a.m. for a departure between 8.45 and 9 a.m.

Circuits

Road : Take the D41a, the easiest route from Cruseilles.
MOUNTAIN BIKING : It is possible to climb using forest tracks, avoiding the tarmac road as much as possible. Part of the route is on the Salève ridge, with panoramic views of Geneva and Lake Geneva to the left and the Mont Blanc massif to the right. Trace-Croisette-VTT

On the programme: all or part of the Les Convers, Les Pitons, La Croisette, Mont Sion, Pas de l'Echelle and Chatillon passes, and a surprise pass in the 2017 addendum.
