Technical specifications

Road route at 95%. Two mountain passes: the return trip to the Col des Justices (approx. 4 km) can be tricky with 23/25 mm tyres, and the Golet aux Sourdes can be reached by carrying your bike for 400 m (return trip). Otherwise, the route presents no particular difficulties apart from a few steep gradients on the climb up to Trou du Sac.

Important notes: In March 2025, the Cerdon road (N 1084), which we took on the descent, was closed to all motor traffic due to works to reinforce the cliff face following repeated rockfalls between the villages of Labalme and Cerdon.
The beautiful descent along the road known as «Vieux Cerdon» is unfortunately regularly subject to traffic restrictions (D11).
