Departure : parking à 200 m du col Saint-Louis, au sud du village de Saint-Louis-et-Parahou.

Technical specifications

95% cycle route, mostly on good rolling tracks, accessible by gravel. The route has no difficulties apart from one «boring» section on the way to the Col de la Béno, which can easily be avoided: a level path along the remains of a retaining wall with some tricky and awkward sections.
Arrivals at the Col de las Crabos and Col d'Artauzoul are at sight, off-path.
