The Chairman, Enrico ALBERINI, opens the AGM at 2pm.

He thanked the following for attending
Martine CANO, President of the FFCT,
Catherine BORGEAIS-ROUET, President of COREG Aura (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes) and CODEP74,
Antoine ARMAND, Member of Parliament for the Annecy constituency.

After his annual report (see ICC October 2022), he handed over to Hervé RETIÈRE, the club secretary, for the club's activity report. This report will serve as the basis for a more comprehensive presentation that can be used, in particular, outside the club. It can be found here:

Sébastien VADOT, the treasurer, then presented the financial report, followed by the provisional accounts.

Alain LAXENAIRE and Michel MATHIEU, auditors, presented their report.

The Chairman then took the floor to announce the results of the votes, highlighting the significant increase in the number of voters for 2022: 899. This compares with 466 in 2021, an increase of 93 %.

With the statutory part of the meeting over, the Chairman handed over to Graham Cutting, who announced the completion of a titanic project: the compilation of catalogues of mountain passes around the world.

Didier RÉMOND then presented the future 2023 summer holiday in Praz-sur-Arly (presentation to come on the club website).

The Chairman then introduced Christophe MARCHAL, the club's 8,000th member.

He then presented TDs Pierre MAI, Didier RÉMOND, Gérard FILLION-ROBIN and Alain GILLODES with a diploma for services rendered.

Martine CANO, President of the FFCT, will give her final testimonial to the club's fiftieth anniversary.

And finally, Enrico ALBERINI will conclude this extraordinary General Meeting by inviting everyone present to a vin d'honneur.
