A route through the heart of the Beaujolais region and its vineyards, with 20 passes on the menu. To be enjoyed without moderation.
Technical specifications
Road route at 98% in the version presented at 96 km, 2 km of unpaved R1 track to reach the second Labourons pass and rejoin the D26 avoids having to make a fairly long round trip.
Road route at 99.50 % with a round trip after the second Labourons pass accessible by R1 for 500 m (long version 104 km)
The best time to visit is from mid-September to mid-October, when autumn arrives and the colours come out beautifully. Alternating forests, vineyards and meadows
Some steep but fairly short roads.
Food, bakery, café only in Beaujeu.
