Member photos

The Board of Directors of the Club des Cent Cols has decided to integrate the portraits of club members into their personal files and to compile them (with names and membership numbers) on a page called "trombinoscope". The aim is to improve relations between the members of our club by making it easier to make links between names and faces. Although there is no obligation, members are cordially invited to provide a digital photo in the form of a JPG file of good definition and quality, with a width / height ratio of 3/4 of approximately 500-600 KB. The photo should be a portrait and show the face clearly. It's not about showing your bike, your jersey or your helmet and glasses. But unlike identity photos, smiling is not forbidden.

Please name the file with the member number, e.g. 9999.jpg. The photo should be sent by e-mail, clearly indicating the authorised use. To do this, simply copy one of the two options below into the message:

  • By sending my photo with my membership number, I authorise the Club des Cent Cols to publish this photo solely on my membership form, which is only visible to myself, the territorial delegates, the members of the Board of Directors and the people responsible for the website.
  • By sending my photo with my membership number, I authorise the Club des Cent Cols to publish this photo on my membership form, on the "trombinoscope" page visible to all members who have identified themselves on the club's website and on the "trombinoscopes" of the holidays which will be displayed on site.
