On Sunday 6 October 2024, despite the rain during the night, around a hundred people turned out on the Col de Latrape in Ariège to honour this thirtieth event organised by the Club des Cent Cols and the Ordre des Cols Durs, two brotherhoods that promote mountain biking.

It was a beautiful, sunny day (19°C). Arrivals were staggered from 10 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., allowing participants to share bread and a glass of friendship, a convivial moment for exchanging memories and plans.
There were still around fifty cyclos left to listen to the speeches by the organisers, who ended the event with an aperitif of traditional blanquette.
Among the many cyclos were Henri Bosc from Bordeaux, the oldest cent col, Maxime Odemer, aged 10, the youngest cent col, CoDep 31 president Michel Fontayne and Cyclotourisme magazine editor Michel Savarin.
