From 8.30am in the Parc Demontzey car park, around 300m below the Col du Labouret on the Le Vernet side.
Hot drinks before departure.

Departure around 9.00 am for road and mountain bikers.

Course

-Road : A maximum of 8 passes between the Vallée de La Blanche and the shores of Lac de Serre-Ponçon, including the traditional Cols St Jean and Le Fanget. 77 km - D+ 1545 m, with the possibility of 2 short cuts: 59 km - 5 passes (Selonnet - St Jean direct), and 39 km - 4 passes (Seyne - Le Fanget direct).
Openrunner: CCC Alpes Sud 2020 - Road

MOUNTAIN BIKING : 5 passes at the foot of the Blayeul massif, including the aptly named Col de Mal-hiver, 21 km D+ 675 m. Possibility of getting closer to the hamlet of L'Escale: 3 passes - 10 km.

Back at midday in the Demontzey park to share bread, cheese and other local produce.
