On 4 March 2018, the Velo-club d'Annecy celebrates its 130th anniversary. A fine example of longevity!...
To mark the occasion, all the clubs in the area were invited to take a tour of Lake Annecy, followed by a friendly drink.
The Cent Cols club, which grew out of the Annecy cycling club, was a natural partner for the event, which attracted a large number of participants.
The weather conditions in the days leading up to the event were particularly unfavourable. The cycle path was icy for much of the route, so the official tour of the lake was cancelled. Only a few cyclists made the trip, but they stayed on the road.

After the meeting on the Pâquier, the participants gathered for a drink hosted by the Annecy cycling club. Conversation was lively, especially as everyone was looking forward to a reunion after the winter break.
