Bernardini" Pyrenean gathering, 26 to 30 June 2025

The Bernardini Pyrenean gathering will take place from Thursday 26 to Monday 30 June in Arette (64).
The programme includes over 60 mountain passes. The mountain bike routes are fairly easy and rolling
Plenty of road passes in the area for those who only want to go by road
It is possible to join the group for only part of the holiday.
A few of us have already booked accommodation and will be based at the following establishment:
Base Aventure
29 avenue Marcel Loubens
64570 Arette
This is a gîte for groups, so accommodation is in dormitories. There are still a few places available: please contact me by email only if you are interested.
Thursday 26 : 44 km, altitude difference 1600 m, 11 passes (67% of tarmac)
Friday 27 : 61 km, altitude difference 1850 m, 18 passes (68% of tarmac)
Saturday 28 : 64 km, altitude difference 1870 m, 14 passes (63% of tarmac)
Sunday 29, the Bernardini : 68 km, altitude difference 1950 m, 16 passes (90% of tarmac)
At km 27, there is a possibility of 4 more passes, including 3 "2000" passes. See for yourself, as the terrain in this sector is treacherous (crevasses, chasms, etc.). What's more, fog can roll in in a matter of minutes, so it's dangerous!
Monday 30 : 32 km, altitude difference 1150, 5 passes (60% of tarmac)
