Constant Van Waterschoot
Constant was the first TD of the Netherlands to be appointed since the position was created in 2003. He continued to serve until 2021, when, for health reasons, he decided to step down. For his long and valuable service, he was awarded a diploma at the Annecy 2022 AGM. I would like to offer my condolences to his family.

Sad news indeed, just a few days after the death of our friend Michel. When I was General Secretary, I had occasionally been in contact with him, and it had always been very friendly... And then, one time he came on a trip (I have absolutely no recollection of which one) and we met for real... and just as friendly.
