Tourist Description

This route takes in the southernmost part of the Black Forest. The Rhine is in focus.

The route is enhanced by views of the Swiss Alps.

Technical description

The route first descends and then climbs to reach the pass almost at the top of the track. This is the southernmost pass in the Foret Noire. The whole route is on surfaced roads.

As with most routes in the Black Forest, there are often some fairly steep slopes to contend with.
