Departure : 4 km as the crow flies north of Figari; on the D22, take the turn-off towards Vallicela and park 200 m further along the track heading due north (leaving enough space for local residents and farm machinery to pass). Altitude: 57 m.
Tourist information
The route climbs towards the foothills of Mount Cagna, passing through the picturesque hamlets of Piscia and Vacca. From there, there is a sweeping view over the Figari plain. The return journey begins along an old, time-honoured path from Borivoli. From Bocca di Foggi, the view looks out over the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio.
Technical specifications
A tarmac road for the climb, followed by a virtually flat track, then back onto the road, a section of steps in Borivoli, a more or less rideable path and a track round off this very varied route.
