Tourist information

A varied route that follows the Orb gorges, passes through woods and gets a little tougher in the forests around Pardailhan. After Riols, you can take the greenway on the way back, before reaching the hilltop village of Olargues and its beautiful Romanesque bridge over the River Jaur.

Technical specifications

The route is 96% by road and 99% by bike. The route begins with 4 km of the Passa Païs greenway, then the first pass (des Parties) is difficult to access for 300 m at the end: the road is extremely rough and steep, and you have to get off your bike on the way there and on the way back.
Slopes at 8% before Pardailhan towards the Col de la Louvière, and also in the Col du Bouissou.
Water point at Riols at the foot of the Col du Bouissou. Food, bakery in Saint-Chinian.
If you want to stay under 100km, simply don't climb the last pass (Col du Bouis) at the entrance to Olargues, or the more difficult penultimate pass (Col du Bouissou).
