Tourist description
After the Col de la Chevestraye, you cross the commune of BELFAHY. The village centre is at 840 m and it is the highest commune in Haute-Saône and even in the Vosges Massif. At the Col des Chevrères, the trail leads to the brand new Col Sans-Nom and the Goutte des Saules waterfall. Before returning to Plancher Les Mines, the Super Planche via the Planche des Belles Filles, world-famous thanks to the Tour de France, is on the programme. The Col d'Auxelles, which straddles the Haute-Saône (70) and the Territoire de Belfort (90), is located on the southern edge of the Vosges Massif. It offers a view to the south over the famous Trouée de Belfort, a 20km-wide passage between the Vosges and the Jura, otherwise known as the Porte de Bourgogne.

Technical description
The route starts on a road, which is a little steep and busy, as far as the Col des Chevrères. A cycle path on the right leads over the pass without a name (except for the last 50 metres).
A beautiful forest track followed by a tricky section leads us to the waterfall. This tricky section can be avoided by going straight on the track. The climb up to the Super-Planches des Belles Filles is tough (7 km and 600 metres of ascent, with some very steep sections). The return to the car park is straightforward.
