The loops of the Haut Languedoc
Presentation
A 1010km route covering the departments of Aveyron, Hérault, Gard and Tarn, with 9 loops, 131 passes, 9 optional passes and around 19140m of ascent.
This 100 Cols en Haut Languedoc loop route was designed by Jean-Marc Clément of the Confrérie des Cent Cols on the basis of the existing 100 Cols en Haut Languedoc route.
Course
Theme
The Club des Cent Cols, founded in 1972, is affiliated to the French Cycling Federation under No. 6384, offers you this permanent walk based on a simple theme: "One hundred passes".
One hundred passes, either to enable you to join the Confrérie des Cent Cols, or to enable you to progress up the Confrérie's "roll of honour", or in any case to help you discover or rediscover the Haut Languedoc, so rich in natural and historic sites.
Controls
Nine controls are compulsory; they will be carried out at points along the route chosen by the rider, with one control being carried out in each loop (loop numbers are to be found on the route map).

- Olargues - Olargues, 117 km, 22 passes, D+: 2410 m
- Lacaune - Lacaune, 102 km, 13 passes, D+: 1685 m
- Le Vigan - Le Vigan, 101 km, 11 passes, D+: 2070 m
- Le Vigan - Le Vigan, 132 km, 15 passes, D+: 2600 m
- Le Caylar - Le Caylar, 136 km, 12 passes, D+: 2270 m
- Le Bousquet d'Orb - Le Bousquet d'Orb, 130 km, 17 passes, D+: 2390 m
- Bédarieux - Bédarieux, 93 km, 16 passes, D+: 2340 m
- Bédarieux - Bédarieux, 103 km, 9 passes, D+: 1695 m
