Rassemblement national Belgique/Nationale bijeenkomst België, Saturday 18 July 2026

On Tuesday 18 July, the national bijeenkomst of the CC-leden van België will take place. Deze zal plaatsvindenrond Leupegem (Oudenaarde) Filip Dumon (lid 8198) zal voor de organisatie instaan. Bedankt Filip. Hou alvastdeze dag vrij. Further information will be available at the beginning of June.

Update from 17 July:

For a bit more detail! Here’s some practical information: we’ll be meeting at 10 am at the «sportkot» in Leupegem (Oudenaarde), Sompelplein 39b, 9700 Oudenaarde. It’s 4 km from Oudenaarde railway station. Coffee or a cold drink will be served there, along with a croissant or a butter cake.
The cycle ride is due to start at around 10.30 am
Halfway through, we’ll stop for a break at a café in St-Maria-Oudenhove, where we’ll have a drink (and eat whatever you’ve brought with you). There’s also a Delhaize nearby where you can buy something if you’d like.
After the walk, anyone who’d like to can go for a drink together in the centre of Oudenaarde.
The route mapped out by Filip Dumon is around 60 km long and involves 800 metres of elevation gain. Please find the GPX file attached. It includes some lovely climbs (Molenberg, Berendries, Wolvenberg, Eikenberg, etc.). On several occasions, it’s possible to take a shortcut and avoid a short climb. We’ll ride at a very leisurely pace and wait for one another. This isn’t a race. A friendly atmosphere and the pleasure of being together are our priorities. Finally: you’re of course welcome to bring a friend along to cycle with us, even if they’re not a member of the CCC. Everyone is welcome. Please do let us know in advance, though.
